Solution · Endpoint Protection

Endpoint protection that survives contact with a real workday

Laptops, desktops, servers and mobile devices are where your data actually lives. We supply premium endpoint protection licenses and configure them around the software your teams genuinely rely on — so protection doesn’t become an obstacle.

Why endpoint protection still matters

Perimeter firewalls only guard the edge. The moment a laptop leaves the office — or a contractor joins from a home network — that device becomes its own perimeter. Endpoint protection is what stands between your files and everything arriving through a browser, an email attachment, a USB stick or a compromised download.

We work with premium, industry-leading endpoint protection suites from authorized distribution channels. You get a genuine license key, the current version of the software, and — the part that actually determines whether the deployment works — a specialist who configures it with you.

What's included at no extra cost

License activation, policy configuration, exclusion planning, console enrolment and a written handover document — included with every endpoint protection purchase.

What we configure for you

  • Real-time scanning On-access protection tuned for your hardware, with scheduled full scans placed outside working hours.
  • Ransomware behaviour detection Process-level monitoring plus protected folders and automatic file rollback where the suite supports it.
  • Web and email filtering Category-based web policies, malicious-URL blocking and attachment inspection aligned to your acceptable-use rules.
  • Removable media control USB and peripheral rules — block, read-only or allow — with exceptions for named devices your teams need.
  • Central management Console enrolment, device grouping by department or site, and alert routing to the right mailbox.
  • Documentation A written record of every policy setting, exclusion and reason, so your own team can maintain it after handover.

What a typical rollout looks like

  1. Estate review

We count devices, note operating system versions, and list the business-critical applications that must keep working.

  2. Policy design

Scanning schedule, exclusions, web categories, media controls and alert routing are decided before anything is installed.

  3. Pilot group

Five to ten representative devices first. We watch for conflicts, adjust, and only then proceed.

  4. Full deployment

Remaining devices are enrolled in batches, with verification of each group before moving to the next.

  5. Handover

Console walkthrough, documentation, and a direct contact for the first 30 days of questions.

Answers, not jargon

Endpoint protection, answered plainly

The questions IT leads ask us on the first call.

What does endpoint protection actually cover?

It covers every device that touches your data: Windows and macOS workstations, servers, and in most tiers, Android and iOS mobiles. Protection includes real-time file scanning, behavioural analysis of running processes, web and email filtering, and controls over removable media such as USB drives.

Will it slow down our machines?

Modern premium engines are built to run quietly in the background, and scan scheduling is configurable. We set full scans outside working hours, cap CPU usage on older hardware, and tune the on-access scanner so large file operations — video editing, CAD, database work — stay responsive.

How do you handle exclusions for our line-of-business software?

Before deployment we collect a list of the applications your teams use daily, then build path, process and extension exclusions into the policy. That review is the single most important step in a rollout, and it is the one most often skipped. We document every exclusion and why it exists.

Can we manage everything from one console?

Yes. Business tiers include a central management console where you can see the protection status of every enrolled device, push policy changes in bulk, review detection history, and receive alerts. We enrol your devices and hand over the console with documentation.

What happens if a device goes offline for weeks?

The agent keeps protecting locally using the last downloaded signatures and behavioural rules. When it reconnects, it syncs policy and reports its status to the console. We flag long-offline devices during the handover so your team knows what to expect.

Do you support servers and virtual environments?

We deploy on physical Windows and Linux servers as well as common virtualisation platforms. Server policies are configured separately from workstation policies — scan exclusions for database and hypervisor paths matter, and we set them correctly.

How are licenses counted?

Per device, in most cases, with the term you choose — one, two or three years. Mixed estates can usually be combined under a single agreement. We will tell you the exact seat count during the quote call rather than padding it.
