CoreDefend System is a digital security provider delivering our own proprietary antivirus solutions alongside serving as an independent, authorized reseller of premium security software. We are not directly affiliated with any specific third-party software manufacturer — which means our advice is never tied to one vendor, and we recommend what actually protects your environment.
How this started
The team behind CoreDefend System spent years in corporate IT, watching the same pattern repeat: a company buys good security software, installs it, and then runs it on default settings for three years. The license was never the problem. The configuration was.
So we built a business around delivering complete protection. We develop our own proprietary antivirus and endpoint defense solutions, as well as supplying genuine third-party licenses through authorized channels — and we make expert configuration and setup assistance a standard part of the service rather than an afterthought you have to figure out alone at 11pm.
What we actually believe
Configuration beats specification
A feature list means nothing until it is switched on, scoped correctly and tested against your real workloads. We measure success in devices reporting healthy, not in tiers sold.
Plain language, always
No jargon as a substitute for an answer. If you ask what something does, you get told what it does — including when the honest answer is "in your environment, not much".
Documentation you keep
Every deployment ends with a written record: what was configured, what was excluded, and why. Your team should never depend on us remembering it.

Who is CoreDefend System?
A digital security provider and independent authorized reseller with an in-house team of deployment specialists. We provide our own proprietary antivirus protection suites, supply genuine authorized licenses for enterprise solutions, and configure them properly for businesses and professionals.
If you’re not the manufacturer, why buy from you?
Because the license is identical but the outcome is not. Buying direct gives you a key and a knowledge-base article. Buying from us gives you a named specialist, a configuration built around your environment, verification that every device activated, and written documentation your team can maintain afterwards.
How do you make money if your advice is independent?
From the margin on licenses we sell and from volume agreements with authorized distributors. We do not take referral fees for steering you toward a more expensive tier, and our specialists are not commissioned on upsells. If a cheaper configuration fits, we recommend it.
How long have you been doing this?
The team has been deploying security products for businesses since 2016, across more than 12,000 endpoints in logistics, professional services, healthcare-adjacent practices, software studios and public sector suppliers.
Where are you based and who do you serve?
Our registered office is in Austin, Texas, and we serve clients worldwide. Deployments are handled remotely by scheduled call, which means time zone is rarely an obstacle — we schedule around your working day, not ours.
What are your standards for client data?
Minimum necessary. We collect your name, contact details, device count and configuration notes — enough to do the job and nothing more. We never store payment card details, we never sell or rent client data, and everything is transmitted over TLS. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Do you work with managed service providers?
Yes. We support MSPs deploying on behalf of their own clients, with per-tenant grouping, consolidated documentation and volume licensing arrangements. Mention it on your quote call so we assign a specialist used to multi-tenant work.
