Security that scales from five seats to five thousand

A business suite is not a consumer product with a bigger invoice. It adds central management, policy inheritance, role-based access and reporting — the parts that make protection maintainable once you have more devices than you can walk to.

Choose the right tier by how you operate, not by price alone

The most common mistake we see is a company buying the cheapest tier that covers its device count, then discovering it has no central console, no reporting, and no way to change a policy without touching every machine. The license cost was fine. The labour cost was not.

We ask three questions before recommending anything: how many devices, who administers them, and what you need to prove to an auditor or insurer. Your answers determine the tier far more than your budget does.

What every business deployment includes

  • Genuine licenses, documented Purchase records and activation confirmations kept for audit and insurance questionnaires.
  • Console setup and device grouping Sites, departments or roles grouped so policy changes apply where they should.
  • Administrator onboarding We walk your named admins through the console and leave them with a reference document.
  • Alert routing Detection and status alerts sent to a monitored mailbox rather than an individual who is on leave.
  • Renewal management A written quote 45 days before expiry, with your current seat count and any tier recommendation.

Sector notes from recent deployments

Professional practices

Legal, accountancy and healthcare-adjacent firms typically need documented access controls, retention-aware exclusions and a policy record they can show a regulator. We produce that pack as standard.

Logistics & field teams

Devices that spend most of the week offline need local enforcement, longer scan windows and bandwidth-aware updates. We tune agents for intermittent connectivity.

Software & creative studios

Build tools, container runtimes and large media assets generate constant file churn. Exclusion planning here is what separates a usable rollout from a frustrating one.

Managed service providers

We support MSPs deploying on behalf of their own clients, with per-tenant grouping, consolidated reporting and volume licensing arrangements.

Answers, not jargon

Business suites, answered plainly

Licensing, management and renewal questions we hear most often.

What makes a business suite different from a home product?

Central management. A business suite gives you one console where every device reports its protection status, policies are defined once and inherited by device groups, administrator roles can be separated, and detection events are aggregated into reports. A home product asks you to configure each machine individually.

We have no dedicated IT security staff. Is this still manageable?

That is exactly the situation these suites are designed for. We configure the policies, enrol the devices and hand over a console that shows green or not-green per machine. Most of our clients with 10 to 150 devices check it once a week and contact us when something needs changing.

Can you deploy into our existing management tooling?

Usually yes. If you already push software through Group Policy, an RMM platform or an MDM, we prepare the installer packages, configuration profiles and the command-line switches your tooling needs, then work with whoever operates it.

How do renewals and seat changes work?

Seats can be added mid-term and are pro-rated to your existing renewal date. Around 45 days before expiry we send a renewal quote with the current seat count. Nothing renews automatically without your written approval, and you are free to move to a different tier at renewal.

Do you provide documentation for compliance purposes?

Yes. You receive the license purchase record, activation confirmation per device, the policy configuration document and a deployment summary. Clients commonly use these for ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA-related and cyber-insurance questionnaires.

What about servers, and are they counted separately?

Servers are usually licensed separately from workstations because their policies differ. During the quote call we count workstations, servers and mobiles separately so your pricing reflects reality rather than a padded bundle.

Can we trial before committing to a full rollout?

For estates above roughly 50 devices we can arrange a pilot group under the commercial terms we agree during the quote call. Ask your specialist — it is a normal request and we would rather you tested it than guessed.

Still unsure which configuration fits your environment? Ask a specialist directly or call +1 (866) 674-9974.

Ready to price the right tier for your business?

Tell us your device count and who administers it. We will recommend the tier that fits how you operate — and say so if a cheaper one will do.
